Yes, besides completing the application on our website, we ask that you be involved with Green Star Art in some way such as, volunteering at one of our fundraisers, attending a board meeting, or volunteering to help another young artist.
No, we provide financial support for a wide variety of art related items and activities.
All requests for financial aid are managed through the scholarship form on our website.

We provide support for almost anything related to art.
We have paid for tuition, classes, books, art supplies, air fare to an art show, and more.
We are very open to all types of artistic expression.
Some examples are painting, drawing, dance, writing, photography, digital creation, graphics, and more.
No, this is not a requirement but a benefit we offer you if desired.
Mentoring is guidance and advice from someone who has expertise in your area of interest. All mentors are carefully vetted by our Board of Directors. Some of our young artists go on to become mentors.
Life Coaching is provided by a professional who helps people make progress in their lives towards greater fulfillment.
